I am here to support those who are experiencing challenges managing the uncertainty that life brings including but not limited to anxiety, relationships and self-esteem. I want to help my clients navigate the daily pressures, struggles and triumphs that life brings. I work with both individuals and couples in the New York area. My approach is empathetic, supportive and collaborative. This is your journey and my role is to support and challenge you along the way. I create a warm environment and work with you to find what is holding you back from reaching your full potential and gain confidence in being your authentic self. I use a variety of psychodynamic therapeutic techniques, tailored to your needs and goals. My goal is to help you identify and dismantle negative patterns with yourself and in relationships, learn effective ways to better handle the challenges and conflicts in your life, discover different parts of yourself and empower your strengths to help you become your best self. Everyone has their own unique experiences that help shape them into who they are in the present day. By working with me, your therapy process can promote growth, insight, and healing that can lead to new perspectives and effective ways to confidently implement change. I am trained in Gestalt and Somatic therapy techniques.
